Restore health:
Save the game when near a mushroom ring. Quit, then reload the saved game to restore your health.
Rune locations:
Light rune: In Chapter 3, a witch and her sister will give you the rune and a spell.
Fire rune: In Chapter 4, Defeat the Beguiler and his clown to get the rune.
Water rune: In Chapter 8, reunite the lost brothers to get the rune.
Dark rune: In Chapter 10, reunite the two children with their mother to get the rune.
Ice Ward:
That the Ice Ward is extremely powerful, especially when you are a Water
Mace. This move works well on everything apart from blue monsters,
especially on things that cannot move. If you are trapped by bars of any
color [only when you are a Water Mace], hit the bars with Ice Ward and
cast the spell forever for best effect [creates a shield of ice].
Defeating The Stilt Walkers At The End Of Perth Easily - First, it may
seem difficult to defeat the stilt walkers because they are bombing you
from all angles. It is an actually fairly simple process. First of all
you should be a dark mage by the time you get to perth there is a school
of magic change dark that will turn you into a dark mage. As you know
most of the enemies you will encounter will be either fire water or
dark. So the trip through perth is a little difficult because you are
facing a lot of tough dark enemies. But it pays off when fighting the
stilt walkers because of the dark arc spell. As soon as you enter the
enclosed area to fight the stilt walkers. Immediately release your orb
and begin running in circles along the perimeter of the fountain. The
stilt walkers will stay withing the circle and because they are so slow
they will not be able to hit you with thier bombs. Aim the orb always
towards the center of the fountain and blast all the enemies with the
dark arc spell. Although one of the walkers is a dark walker the spell
will freeze him long enough for you to get by. Go around the circle
approx. 10 times to knock out the other three walkers. When the dark
walker is the only one left remaining, change your spell to the primal
light. Go around the circle three more times and you have beaten the
walkers. This works because your dark spells are super strong when
compared to your other spells because you are a dark mage. Also the bolt
that is released by both the dark and the light magics will not only
freeze your enemies but also do not have to be directly targeted to hit
them. They have a long firing distance and can home in on thier targets.
I would imagine this would work if you were a light mage as well.
Although it would be difficult to carry the light mage school of magic
through 2 acts.
Light/Dark Gorgons - For those of you having a hard time defeating the
light/dark gorgons, here is the way to do it. it's pretty simple
actually, all you have to do is make them chase you into where the tiles
form a medusa head. just do one gorgon, and then the other. And when
they see each other, well... you'll see what happens.
Evil Steel Walkers - This isnt really a cheat, but i find the best way
to avoid their fire is just run in circles and when closest to them,
attack, it makes you look like an idiotic idiot, but it works, the best
way to avoid the smaller creatures such as the weird monkeys and the
bugs and the wolves is just simply run away and get the orb behind you
and when they get close, attack!
Defeating the Nightcaster - In order to defeat the Nightcaster, You must
fight Madelyn. In order to defeat Madelyn, you must use level 3 attacks.
When you do this, Madelyn will release life. Obtain the life each time
and keep attcking until the Nightcaster is defeated. |
